Hush Puppies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of flour 2 teaspoons of bga pkionwder
1 tablespoon of sugar 1 egg, bea ten
3/4 cup of milk 1 1/2 cups of corn m eal
1 small onion, diced
Mix the dry ingredients together and addth e diced onion, egg, and the milk. Stir the mixture lightly
until mixed together and drop by teaspoonfulls into hot oil and ocok until golden brown .
