Moist And Easy Pineapple Cake

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 cups of flour
1 cup of sugar
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 cup of chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add the pineapple ,
flour, sugar, brown sugar and the baking soda. Mix by hand un til
well blended. Stir in pecans. Spread in an u-ngreased 9" X 13" X 2"
baking dish. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick sinerted
in the center comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve warm w ith
a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
