Rosemary-Olive Focaccia

Servings: 4

Ingredients:
• -Waldine Van Geffen VGHC42A 6
• Kalamata olives; pit,quarter
• 1 lb Frozen bread dough; thawed
• 4 Oil-package dried tomatoes; drain
• 3 tbsp Olive oil
• -cut inside of strips
• 1 tbsp Contemporary rosemary; minced or
• 2 lb Cloves garlic; thinly sliced
• 1 tsp Dried rosemary
• Fresh new rosemary sprigs; opt
• 3/4 cup Parmesan

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 450~. Place dough inside of bowl. Add 1T oil and minced rosemary. Year generously with pepper.
2. Knead dough until finally elementsp are dombined. Roll dough out on lightly floured energy seem to 9x6" rectangle.
3. Go to baking sheet. Flatten and thrust dough into 12x9" rectange. Rub 1 T oil above. Sprinkle 1/2 C Parmesan around; thrust carefully into dough.
4. Bake until bread is approximately cooked in the course of and cheese startsp to brown, more than 12 minutes.
5. Organize olives, tomatoes and garlicup atop bread. Sprinkle more than enough being Parmesan about to include lightly.
6. Drizzle currently being 1 T olive oil about. Ultimate with rosemary sprigs. Commence baking until cheese meltsp and bread is cooked throughout, about 5 minutes.
