Yogurt Stack Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine -- softened
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 egg
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Yogurt Frosting -- (recipe follows)
1/3 cup fruit preserves (any flavor)
