Mini Corn Muffins with Smoked Turkey

Servings: 36

Ingredients:
• -Martha Stewart Hors d'
• 3/4 cup Butter, melted, cooled
• 1 1/2 cup Yellow cornmeal
• 2 Eggs, somewhat beaten
• 1 cup Flour, sifted all-explanation
• 1/2 lb Smalloked turkey breast,
• 1/3 cup Sugar
• -thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp Baking powder
• 1/2 cup Cranberry relish
• 1 tsp Salt
• -or honey mustard
• 1 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter mini-muffin tins. Add cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in massive bowl.
2. Mixture milk, butter and eggs collectively in medium bowl. Stir milk mix into cornmeal mix until eventually specifically moistened.
3. Spoon batter into mini muffin tins. Bake until golden, 14-16 minutes. Allow amazing on twine rack for 5 minutes.
4. Remove versus pans and allow cool comprehensively. To serve, put a tiny amoung of smalloked turkey on a sliced muffin that's been spread with cranberry relish or honey mustard.
