Apple-Nut Bread
Servings: 20
Ingredients:
• 2 cup Sugar
• 1 cup Salad oil
• 4 Eggs, beaten
• 1/4 cup Business bitter cream
• 4 cup All reason flour
• 2 cup Apples, peeled and cutped
• 2 tsp Baking soda
• 1 cup Pecans, cutped
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions:
1. Slowly but surely add sugar to eggs; beat until mild and fluffy. Add dry substances; add to sugar mix alternately with oil and bitter cream, conquering nicely just after each and every addition.
2. Stir in apples, pecans and vanilla. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350~ for 1 hour or until finally toothpick added in centre will come out new.
3. Allow for neat in just pans 5 minutes; transform out on twine racks to comprehensive cooling.
