CRANBERRY NUT BREAD

Ingredients:
• -PATRICIA AUCH (XRTH38B)
• 1 tsp Salt
• 2 cup Flour; sifted
• 1/2 tsp Baking powder
• 3/4 cup Orange juice
• 1/4 cup Walnuts; cutped
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1/4 cup Shortening
• 1 tbsp Orange rind; grated
• 1 tbsp Flour
• 5 1/2 tsp Baking powder
• 1 Egg; beaten
• 1 cup Cranberries; cutped
Instructions:
1. Sift jointly 2C. flour; sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda in a bowl. Slice in just shortening until finally mixtuore resembles coarse evening meal.
2. Mix egg, o.j. and orange rind inside of minimal bowl. Add to fry elementsp all at as soon as; stir just just until finally moistened.
3. Mix cranberries, walnuts, and 1 tblsp. flour; stir into batter. Pout inyo greased and waxed-paper-included 9x5x3" loaf pan.
4. Bake in just 350°F oven 1 hour or until eventually bread checks accomplished. Cool in pan on rack 10 minutes.
5. Remove from pan; neat on rack.. Helps make 1 loaf. Formatted as a result of Elaine Radis
