GARLIC BUBBLE LOAF Types: Breads
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
• 3 cup Flour
• 2 tbsp Shortening
• 1 package Immediate dry yeast
• 1 Egg
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 1/4 cup Butter; melted
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Paprika
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1/2 tsp Garlicup powder
• 1/2 cup Water
• 1 tbsp Sesame seed
Instructions:
1. In just large. mixer bowl, mix 1 1/2 c. flour, yeast, sugar and salt; mix nicely. In just saucepan warmth milk, water and shortening until hot (shortening does not will need to soften); add to flour mix.
2. Add egg. Add at reduced rate until finally moistened; fight 3 minutes at med. pace. By way of hand, bit by bit stir inside being flour to create a smallooth dough.
3. Knead on floured seem 25-30 strokes. Divide dough into 12 components; condition into balls. Add melted butter, paprika and garlicup powder; mix very well.
4. Dip balls into butter mix; put inside of greased 9x5" loaf pan, working with 6 balls on each individual layer.
5. Sprinkle with seame seed. Cover; allow add in just hot location till gentle and doubled, over 45 minutes.
6. Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown. Remove in opput to pan; serve hot. This is a one-add, garlicup bread in just a pull-aside bubble loaf.
7. Resultsp in 1 loaf. In opput to *Prodigy's Foods and Wine Bulletin Board.
