Easy Sugar Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup margarine or butter (2 sticks) -- softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 large egg
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Directions:
Sugar, colored sugar or candy sprinkles
Heat oven to 375º.
Beat in large bowl with wooden spoon until smooth:
