Decorator's Frosting
Ingredients:
1 cup powdered sugar
3 drops food color (3 to 4 drops)
3 teaspoons water (3 to 5 teaspoons)
Directions:
Mix in small bowl with wooden spoon, adding the water 1 teaspoon at a
time, until frosting is thin enough to drizzle or thick enough to be used
in a decorating bag:
