Ingredients:
• 2 EGGS
• 3/4 cup CHOPPED PECANS (OPTIONAL)
• 2 1/4 cup MILK
• 1 1/2 tsp CINNAMON (OPTIONAL)
• 3/4 cup OIL OR MELTED SHORTENING
• 2 cup PEL'D & DICED APPLES (OPT'L)
• 2 1/2 cup FLOUR
• CRUMBLED BACON (OPTIONAL)
• 4 tsp BAKING POWDER
• 3 tbsp COCOA AND
• 3/4 tsp SALT
• 2 tbsp CHOC CHIPS (OPTIONAL)
Instructions:
1. In just substantial bowl beat eggs until gentle. Stir in just milk and vegetable oil or melted shortening.
2. Sift alongside one another flour, baking powder and salt and add to milk mix. Stir until delicate. Stir in just possibly pecans, cinnamon, apples, bacon or cocoa and chocolate chips, if favored.
