Baked Alaska Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
3 egg yolks -- slightly beaten
Directions:
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 pint vanilla or toffee chip ice cream
Brown Sugar Meringue -- (recipe follows)
BROWN SUGAR MERINGUE
