Alabama Fizz

Ingredients:
2.0 oz. Gin
0.5 each Juice of Lemon
2.0 each Sprig Mint
1.0 tsp Powdered Sugar
1.0 fill with Carbonated Water

Directions:
Shake the gin, powdered sugar, and juice of lemon well with cracked ice
then strain into a highball glass over twoice cubes. Fill with carbonated
water and stir. Add mint sprigs and serve.
Amaretto Mist
11/2 oz. Amaretto
Add crushed ice to old-fashioned glass. Pourin Amaretto. Garnish with a
twist of lemon.
