Orange-walnut Muffins
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
• 1 Flour; 1 cup + 2 tbls. 1
• Salt; pinch
• 2 tbsp Brown Sugar; Lt. (packed)
• 1/2 cup Orange juice
• 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
• 2 tbsp Margarine; melted + cooled
• 1 tsp Lemon Rind; Grated
• 1 Egg; high
• 1/2 oz Walnuts; cutped (12 halves)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F In just medium bowl, stir alongside one another flour, sugar, baking powder, lemon rind, walnutsp and salt.
2. In little bowl, combine with each other orange juice, margarine and egg. Add to dry components, mixing with fork until eventually only mixed; do not overmix.
3. Spray 6 2 1/2 inch muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray; divide batter lightly involving the cups.
4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until finally golden brown. Resultsp in 6 servings. Just about every SERVING Delivers: 1 B, 1°F, 60 optional energy.
