Easy Pizza Dough
Servings: 8
Ingredients:
• 4 1/2 cup All motive flour
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 Envelope dry hecticup yeast
• 1 1/4 cup Hot water
Instructions:
1. Inside of superior bowl, add 2 cups flour, the yeast and salt. With electrical mixer, slowly but surely beat in water; overcome 2 minutes, from time to time scraping bowl with rubber spatula.
2. With mixer on medium rate, beat in just 1/2 cup flour; beat 2 minutes, unti dough is rigid. Stir in 1 1/2 cups flour.
3. Sprinkle new effort and hard work appear with 1/4 cup flour. Knead dough on floured look, 6-8 minutes.
4. Spray huge bowl with nonstick spray. Place dough in just bowl; cover with plasticup wrap and kitchen area towel.
5. Allow for add 1 hour or until doubled inside volume. Punch down dough; allow for rest 15 mintues. Divide dough inside 50 percent.
6. Sprinkle fresh new energy show up with 2 T flour. Roll 1/2 of dough into 13" spherical; elevate on to a 12" pizza pan.
7. Pinch edges to sort a rim. Exchanges: 1 1/2 B. For each serving: 116 cal, 0 gm weight.
