Ingredients:

• 1 cup +2 T. buttermilk
• 1 cup +2 T. flour 1
• Egg; lightly beaten
• 1/2 cup Nonfat dry milk powder
• 1/4 cup Significantly less 2 t. vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup Brown sugar; firmly packed
• 2 tbsp Lovable whipped butter, melted
• 2 tsp Baking powder
• 1 Banana; ripe, mashed
• 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
• 1/2 cup Golden raisins; plumped
• 1/2 tsp Baking soda
• 1 oz Walnuts; cutped

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. Spray 12 muffin cups with nonstick spray. In just medium mixing bowl cmbine flour, milk powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and nutmeg; stir to mix and fixed apart.
2. In just minor bowl, mix buttermilk, egg, oil, and butter and stir until mixed; stir in just dry components.
3. Add banana, raisins, and walnutsp and stir to mix (mix will be lumpy). Fill each individual baking cup with an equivalent quantity of batter and bake for 15 minutes (until eventually golden brown and a toothpick added in heart will come out dry).
4. Move muffins from pan to twine rack and cool. Tends to make 12 servings, 1 muffin every single. One muffin equals 1/4 protein, 1/2 bread, 1 pounds, 1/2 fruit, 1/4 milk, 30 optional energy.
