French Bread/Goat Cheese/Solar-Dried Tomato Spre

Ingredients:
• -Waldine Van Geffen VGHC42A
• 4 tsp Fresh new thyme; minced or
• 11 oz Pk Montrachet; or other comfortable 1 tsp Dried thyme; crumbled
• -clean goat cheese
• 1/4 cup Bitter cream
• 2/3 cup Walnuts; cutped
• Refreshing thyme; minced
• 1/2 cup Oil-package solar-dried toms; drain
• Walnuts; cutped
• -cut 2
• French bread baguettes;lower

Instructions:
1. Mix cheese, walnuts, tomatoes and thyme. Slender to spreadable regularity with bitter cream. Year with generous total of pepper.
2. Mound cheese inside of crock or bowl. (Can be written 2 times in advance. Deal with and chill. Serve to area temperature in advance of serving.) Sprinkle cheese with thyme and walnuts.
3. Serve with bread. (wrv)
