Breakfast Bread Pudding with Sausage

Servings: 8

Ingredients:
• -Waldine Van Geffen VGHC42A
• 1 1/2 cup Swiss cheese; shred, divide
• 3 cup French bread; cubed
• 9 large Eggs
• 1/2 lb Cooler part pork sausage; crumble 3 cup Milk
• 1 cup Onions; cutped
• 1 tsp Dry mustard
• 2 tsp Fresh new thymne; cutped or
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Dried
• 1/4 tsp Recently flooring pepper
• 10 oz Pk frozen cutped spinach;
• 1 Plum tomato; diced
• -thaw squeeze dry

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325~. Organize bread inside 15-1/2x10-1/2" jely-rolly pan. Bake 20 minutes or until finally crisp.
2. Cool. In the meantime, brown sausage inside significant skillet around medium-superior warmth; drain on paper towels.
3. Cover onions and thyme to skillet; cook till onion is translucent, regarding 2 minutes. Remove from warm.
4. Stir inside sausage and spinach to mix; cool extensively. Organize bread in just shallow 3-quart baking dish.
5. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese higher than coolest, then layer with sausage mix and being cheese. Fight eggs, milk, mustard, in just bowl until finally properly mixd.
6. Very carefully pour into composed dish; sprinkle supreme with tomato. (Can be produced in advance. Address and refrigerate up to 24 hrs.) Bake 1 hour or until heart is only fastened.
