The Hardy
Ingredients:
2 ounces cognac (Dusse)
½ ounce Aperol
¾ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce orange juice
¾ ounce sage simple syrup
Directions:
Lemon slice, for garnish
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the cognac, Aperol, lemon juice, orange juice,
and sage simple syrup. Shake very well.
2. Place an ice cube into a rocks glass. Pour the drink into the glass. Garnish with
the lemon slice.
