• 2 tbsp Honey
• 3/4 cup Complete wheat flour
• 2 tbsp Butter; at place temperature
• 2 1/2 cup Bread flour
• 1 Egg; at space temperature
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 cup As well as 1 Tbsp. heat water
