Walnut Apple Bread
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cup All-motive flour, sifted
• 1 1/2 cup Wheat cereal flakes, beaten
• 2 tsp Baking powder
• 1 cup Walnuts, coarsely cutped
• 1/2 tsp Baking soda
• 1/4 cup Apple, cutped
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 Egg, marginally beaten
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/4 cup Brown sugar, firmly packed
• 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
• 2 tsp Vegetable oil
• 1/8 tsp Allspice
• 1 1/2 cup Buttermilk, lowfat
Instructions:
1. Grease or spray 9x5x3 inside. loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix and sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices into bowl.
2. Stir in just cereal, walnutsp and apple. Mix egg, brown sugar, buttermilk and oil; add to dry mix. Stir just just plenty of to moisten dry substances.
3. Do not overcome. Spoon into pan. Bake at 350°F one hour or until finally toothpick added into heart will come out refreshing.
