Raisin Cake

Ingredients:
2 c. water
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. liquid sweetener
1 tsp. soda
1 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. raisins
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Cook water and raisins until water is gone. Add applesauce, eggs,
liquid sweetener, blend in cooking oil, soda, flour, nutmeg, and
cinnamon and salt. Pour into greased tube pan and bake 25 minutes.
Good when served hot. Bake at 325 degrees.
