Spiced Apple Muffins

Ingredients:
• 1/3 cup Shortening
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 1/4 cup Milk

• 1 cup Apple sauce
• 1 1/2 cup Sifted flour
• 1/3 cup Melted butter
• 2 tsp Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
Instructions:
1. Cream jointly shrotening and sugar. Add egg. Sift dry elements, include dry substances alternately with milk to creamed mix.
2. stir inside of apple sauce. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 finish and Bake at 400°F 20-25 minutes. Awesome for 10 minutes, then dip every muffin ultimate into melted butter, adopted through mix of sugar and cimmamon.
