Dry Shampoo for Various Hair Colors

Ingredients:
Dry Shampoo – Brunette
□ 4 tablespoons cocoa
□ 4 tablespoons arrowroot, tapioca, or non-gmo cornstarch
□ 4 drops peppermint essential oil
□ 4 drops lavender essential oil
Dry Shampoo – Blonde
□ 4 tablespoons arrowroot, tapioca, or non-gmo cornstarch
□ 3/4 teaspoon turmeric
□ 4 drops peppermint essential oil
□ 4 drops lavender essential oil
Dry Shampoo – Red Head
□ 4 tablespoon arrowroot, tapioca, or non-gmo cornstarch
□ 2 1/4 teaspoon paprika
□ 1/2 teaspoon cocoa (added cocoa bc cumin will smell)
□ 4 drops peppermint essential oil
□ 4 drops lavender essential oil

Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients in a small, very dry bowl and mix well with a dry spoon. If
the coloring seems too light or too dark for your hair, add one teaspoon of
arrowroot (to lighten) or the coloring agent (to darken: cocoa, paprika/cumin,or
turmeric – depending on which recipe you are making) and mix well. Add the
essential oils drop by drop and mix well again. Transfer to an airtight container,
such as a clean and dry spice jar or small glass jar. When using use a blush or
foundation brush to apply to dry hair, starting at the front and working your way
back. Run a comb or brush through your hair several times after applying to help
distribute evenly.

This combination has been very helpful for my family during allergy season to
relieve watery eyes and runny noses. It can also boost immune system to ward off
germs at school and work.
