Hand Sanitizer with Thieves Essential Oil

Ingredients:
□ 3 tablespoons 100% aloe vera gel
□ 1 tablespoon filtered water
□ 1/8 teaspoons Vitamin E oil
□ 5 drops Thieves essential oil

Directions:
Combine the aloe vera gel, water, vitamin E oil, and Thieves oil in a bowl and mix
well. Transfer to a small squeeze bottle and shake before each use. Vitamin E
(tocopherol) oil is often included in store bought aloe vera, in that case extra is not
needed.
Tea Tree Foaming Face Wash
Melaleuca Alternifolia (commonly known as tea tree oil) is great for cleansing the
skin and for preventing breakouts. Citrus Fresh is a combination of citrus oils and
peppermint that leaves your skin feeling toned and refreshed.
