Florida Orange Yogurt Dressing
Ingredients:
¼ cup orange juice
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
Directions:
Pear Vinaigrette Dressing
Serve this wonderful Pear Vinaigrette Dressing with a simple garden salad consisting of chopped romaine,
cucumber, and shredded carrots for a quick and easy side dish.
8 seRvings Blend the pear, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a
blender for about 30 seconds while gradually pouring in
1 ripe Bartlett pear, peeled,
the olive oil. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.

Chopped Strawberry Fields Salad
Be sure you cut the greens nice and small so they fit in toddlers’ little mouths. This salad is a nice way to
introduce a new green—with the fresh fruit and a sweet salad dressing, she might not mind!
