Chilled White Grape Peach Soup
Chilled White Grape Peach Soup
Ingredients:
½ cup sliced frozen peaches
¼ cup full-fat vanilla yogurt
¼ cup white grape juice

Quinoa doesn’t really have much of a flavor by itself, but it takes on the flavor of whatever it’s prepared
with. Not only is quinoa easy to prepare and store, but it is also a great source of protein and healthy fat.
6–8 seRvings 1. Add the quinoa and stock (or water) to a saucepan over
high heat. Bring to a boil.
