Sourdough Pumpernickle

Servings: 10

Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cup Busy sourdough newbie
• 2 tbsp Caraway seeds, cutped
• 2 cup Unsifted rye flour
• 1/2 cup Boiling black espresso
• 1/2 cup Molasses
• 1/4 cup Dry skim milk
• 2 tsp Salt
• 3 tbsp Melted shortening
• 1/2 cup Complete milk
• 2 3/4 cup Unbleached flour
• 1 package Chaoticup dry yeast

Instructions:
1. Pour boiling espresso about cutped caraway seeds. Allow the mix neat and then add it to the rye flour and rookie which add now been put together perfectly.
2. Allow stand for 4 to 8 hrs inside a hot level, preferabley right away. Then include the molasses, dry milk, salt, shortening,liquid milk, unbleached flour and yeast.
3. Mixture nicely. Address the bowl and allow add to double. Then knead on floured board and form into 2 spherical loaves on baking sheet.
4. Allow for add until double yet again and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until finally finished.
