Portuguese Seafood Stew

3 dozen minor neck clams, scrubbed and fresh new

1 lb significant shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb scallops
1 tbsp added virgin olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 onion, chopped
1.75 oz (1 website link) chorizo sausage, sliced

1 tomato, diced
3/4 cup dry white Wine (I utilised Pinot Grigio)

1/4 cup water
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup contemporary parsley, finely chopped
salt and fresh new pepper to flavor


Recommendations:

Inside a high hefty pot, saute garlic and onion inside olive oil in excess of medium flame for with regards to 2 minutes.
