Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Straightforward-cooking oats
• 1 cup Butter/bitter milk
• 1 cup Unbleached flour, sifted
• 1 tsp Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp Baking soda
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/3 cup Butter or monthly margarine
• 1/2 cup Brown sugar, packed
• 1 Significant egg
Instructions:
1. Mix oatsp and butter/bitter milk in little bowl. Combine effectively and allow for stand 1 hour. Sift jointly flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mounted apart.
