Molasses Fridge Muffins

Servings: 12

Ingredients:
• 4 cup Unbleached flour, sifted
• 2 tsp Baking soda
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Flooring cinnamon
• 1 tsp Floor ginger
• 1/4 tsp Flooring cloves
• 1/4 tsp Floor allspice
• 1/4 tsp Floor nutmeg
• 1 1/3 cup Vegetable shortening
• 1 cup Sugar
• 4 Hefty eggs, a little beaten
• 1 cup Molasses
• 1 cup Butter/bitter milk
• 1 cup Raisins

Instructions:
1. Sift alongside one another flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, allspice and nutmeg; established apart.
