Light Mediterranean Turkey Burger
Light Mediterranean Turkey Burger
Ingredients:
1 whole-wheat bun
1 turkey burger patty
2 tablespoons reduced-fat feta cheese
2 slices tomato
1 handful spinach
Directions:
Low-calorie cooking spray
PLUS 1 portion of fruit
Method:
1. Coat a skillet in low-calories cooking spray and heat on a medium-high heat.
2. Fry the turkey burger patter for 7-10 minutes or until it is cooked through.
3. Place the patty in the bun and top it with the vegetables and cheese. Good to go!
