Cranberry Muffins
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
• 2 1/4 cup Unbleached flour, sifted
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 3/4 tsp Baking soda
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 Substantial egg, somewhat beaten
• 3/4 cup Butter/bitter milk
• 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
• 1 cup Cutped uncooked cranberries
• 1/2 cup Sugar
Instructions:
1. Sift alongside one another flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking soda and salt into bowl. Mix egg, butter/bitter milk and oil inside minimal bowl; mix properly.
2. Cover all at after to dry elements, stirring accurately more than enough to moisten. Mix cranberries and 1/2 cup sugar; stir into batter.
3. Spoon batter into greased 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups, filling 2/3rds total. Bake in just 400°F oven 20 minutes or till golden forehead.
4. Serve warm with butter and selfmade jelly or jam.
