New Orleans Fizz

Ingredients:
1/4 to 3/4 ounce sugar syrup
1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
1egg white

Directions:
1ounce lemon juice
Club soda
1.Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2.Add gin,cream,orange flower water,sugar syrup,
powdered sugar,egg white,and lemon juice.
3.Shake.
4.Strain into a collins glass over ice.
5.Top with club soda.
