Lower Espresso Cakes (Kleina Kaffee Kuchen) Groups: Penndutch, Breads

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup Butter and other shortening,
• 2 Egg
• 2 Egg yolk
• 3 tbsp Sugar
• 1/2 cup Cream
• 2 cup Flour, sifted
• 1 cup Yeast
• *dissolved inside:
• 1 cup Milk, lukewarm
• 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions:
1. Cream the butter, sugar and salt and include the eggs and egg yolks one at a season, overcoming very well immediately after every addition.
2. To the dissolved yeast, add 3 Tbsp of the flour and mixture perfectly. Mix with the initial mix. Cover the getting flour and cream alternately.
3. Grease and flour muffin tins and fill 2/3 complete of the dough. Fixed pans inside a hot level until finally dough includes risen to the tops of the pans.
