Raisin Bread
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
• 1 Med Potato
• 1 quart Water
• 1 cup Yeast
• 1 cup Water, lukewarm
• 2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Cloves
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 lb Raisins
• 1 tbsp Butter
• Flour
Instructions:
1. Pare and boil the potato in just the quart of water, mash and mix ample flour with the water to style a soft batter.
2. Dissolve the yeast inside of 1 cup of lukewarm water and mix with the batter. Cover and established inside a hot point and allow add for 4 hrs.
3. Add the rest of the elementsp and knead, incorporating flour as demanded. Be thorough not to order dough as well rigid.
4. Allow stand for 2 several hours, then style into loaves, point in bread pans and allow add until mild.
