Dash Peychaud’s bitters
1.Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2.Add rum,Sauternes,juices,sugar,and bitters.
3.Shake.
4.Strain into a chilled collins glass.
5.Add ice to fill glass.
6.Garnish with a pineapple cube and a cherry.
