Dutch Schnecken

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Yeast
• *dissolved inside of:
• 1 cup Water, heat
• 5 tbsp Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 2 cup Milk, incredibly hot
• 2 Egg, very well beaten
• 1/2 cup Butter, melted
• Flour
• *topping:
• 4 tbsp Sugar
• 4 tbsp Butter
• 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Dissolve the yeast cake and add one Tbsp of the sugar and the salt and sufficient flour to stiffen to a sponge.
2. Allow add for one hour, then include the rest of the substances, utilizing more than enough sifted flour to deliver a smallooth sponge.
3. Allow add once again, then roll out dough on a floured board and include with a mix of 4 Tbsp sugar, 4 Tbsp butter and 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
4. Roll including a jelly roll and lower in just 2 inch elements. Place on properly-greased pans and allow add for a 3rd year, then bake at 400-F for 20 minutes.
