11/2 ounces brandy
1egg yolk

Directions:
1teaspoon sugar
Pinchof cayenne pepper
1.Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2.Add brandy,egg yolk,sugar,and cayenne pepper.
3.Shake.
4.Strain into a cocktail glass.
