Corn Bread

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Cornmeal, yellow
• *or:
• 1 cup Cornmeal, white
• 4 tbsp Sugar
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 Egg, properly beaten
• 1 cup Milk, skim
• 1 cup Flour

• 2 tbsp Butter, melted
Instructions:
1. Add the sugar and salt to the cornmeal. Overcome the egg effectively and pour into the milk; stir this mix into the dinner, overcoming cautiously.
2. Sift the flour and baking powder into the dinner, add the melted butter and beat challenging. Pour the mix into a greased pan and bake at 400-F until brown.
3. To create a skinny crisp Johnny Cake, employ the service of an oblong pan and spread batter thinly. For a smallooth loaf, spread batter thickly.
