Snappy Green Beans
Ingredients:
beans, snap, green, raw
butter, without salt
parsley, fresh
lemon juice, raw
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
Directions:
Place beans in a large saucepan; cover with water.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Drain.
In a large nonstick skillet, melt butter.
Add beans; cook and stir until heated through.
Remove from the heat.
Add the parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper; toss to coat.
Serve immediately.
