Tacky Corn Bread
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Unbleached Flour
• 1 cup Corn Evening meal; White Or Yellow

• 2 tbsp Sugar
• 1 tbsp Baking Powder
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Mustard; Dry
• 2 cup Cheddar; Sharp, Shredded 1
• Egg; Large, Marginally Beaten
• 1 cup Milk
• 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
Instructions:
1. Mix the dry substances, then stir inside of the cheddar cheese. Mix the egg with the milk and oil. Stir into the cheddar mix, mixing until just moistened.
2. Pour the mix into a greased 9-inch sq. baking pan. Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes. Cool marginally and slice into squares, then serve incredibly hot.
