Beer Bread
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
alcoholic beverage, beer, regular, all
butter, without salt
Directions:
Preheat over to 375 degrees F.
Butter a 9-in loaf pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, add flour, sugar and beer and mix well.
It will be sticky.
Pour into the loaf pan and bake for 55 minutes.
For the last 3 minutes of baking, remove from oven and brush the top with melted butter and return to the oven for the remainder of the baking time.
