Ingredients:
3/4 cup s ugar
3/4 cup flour
1/2 te as poon baking powde r
1 desk s poon grate d orange ze s t
4 e gg white s
1/2 cup butte r, me lte d

Directions:
First, confe ctione rs ' s ugar for s prinkling Preheat the oven to 400°F.
