Cucumber yogurt dip

Ingredients:
500ml/18fl oz Greek-style and design yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
3⁄4 tablespoon recently squeezed lemon juice
1⁄2 teaspoon finely chopped refreshing mint
1 minor garlic clove, overwhelmed
1 weighty cucumber, peeled, seeded and grated
salt
chopped contemporary flat-leaf parsley, to garnish

Directions:
