2-cheese dip

Ingredients:
1 crimson pepper, halved and seeded
1 yellow pepper, halved and seeded
110g/4oz dolcelatte cheese
225g/8oz mascarpone cheese
1 tablespoon recently squeezed lemon juice
4 minor gherkins
salt and recently floor black pepper

Directions:
First, grill the peppers for concerning 5 minutes or right until their skins are charred. Each time great adequate to control, peel off and discard the pores and skin, and chop the flesh finely.
