Rum and Raisin Ice Cream With a 'Twist

Ingredients:
raisins, seeded
alcoholic beverage, distilled, rum, 80 proof
lime juice, raw
vanilla extract
cream, fluid, heavy whipping
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
water, bottled, generic
honey

Directions:
Combine raisins, rum, lime juice and vanilla extract in small bowl; cover and stand overnight.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly; pour into an ice cream maker and follow manufacturers instructions.
