Egg-free Cake in a Mug Made with Pancake Mix
Ingredients:
margarine, regular, 80% fat, composite, stick, without salt
sugars, granulated
pancakes, plain, dry mix, complete (includes buttermilk)
shortening, vegetable, household, composite
Directions:
Put the margarine in a mug cup and microwave for 20 seconds.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until it is no longer lumpy.
Microwave at 600 W for 1 and 1/2 minutes to finish!
