Ingredients:
1⁄2 teaspoon floor ginger
225g/8oz self-increasing flour
100g/4oz caster sugar
75g/3oz merged dried fruit
1 egg
50ml/2fl oz milk

Directions:
First, preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gasoline mark 6. Grease 2 baking trays.
