Gluten Free Porridge

Ingredients:
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
seeds, pumpkin and squash seeds, whole, roasted, without salt
seeds, flaxseed
seeds, chia seeds, dried
nuts, walnuts, english
spices, cinnamon, ground
salt, table
water, bottled, generic

Directions:
Combine the dry ingredients in the dry container of a Vitamix.
Blend until finely ground (you can try a coffee grinder; I have not, so Im not sure if it works).
Transfer mixture to a bowl.
Pour hot water over the mixture, stir, then let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
Garnish with raisins, sunflower seeds or treats of your choice.
Serve.
